TPS40304DRCT Overview


This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package. dc motor controller is suitable for 1 output generation. Tape & Reel (TR) is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. A 3V~20V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Workable in an dc switcher where -40°C~125°C TJ is the -40°C~125°C TJrm. Switching can be done at 600kHz with this switching controller. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Enable, Power Good, Soft Start is included in the dcdc regulator. SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC connects the switch converters. There are a DUAL terminal on the switching converters. 10 terminations with a variety of function. Some of the control techniques adapted by these dc dc converter ics include PULSE WIDTH MODULATION.
