UC28025DWR Overview


Capsuled in the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package, the switching controller suits most application needs. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 2 outputs. A solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) surrounds pmic. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). DC control operates at 9V~30V volts and has 9V~30V supply voltage. Qualified to work in a -40°C~105°C TA dc switcher. The switching controller can be switched at 340kHz~460kHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. In order to control switching efficiently, the dcdc regulator features Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Ramp, Soft Start.
