UC3843D Overview


In the 14-SOIC (0.209, 5.30mm Width) package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 1 numbers. A solid enclosure of Tube surrounds pmic. It is capable of dealing with Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s). dc switching'sdc controls with 7.6V~30V voltage are supplied and operated. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a 0°C~70°C TA. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at Up to 500kHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. In order to control switching efficiently, the dcdc regulator features Frequency Control. An analog IC SWITCHING CONTROLLER is connected to the switch converters. There are a terminal (s) on the switching converters that are designed at DUAL.
