UDN2987A-6 Overview


Save board space with PDIP package. A termination of 20 is used to operate the LED driver.It is configured with 20 pins as its base.It has been mounted on Through Hole.As a maximum value, 35V is acceptable.The Peripheral Drivers is also assigned based on its characteristics.As a result, it is designed to operate at a minimal voltage of 4.75V to ensure the most efficiency possible.It is important not to exceed 85°C in order to ensure stable operation.The operating temperature should be higher than -20°C so as to realize stable operation.A current output of 0.35A is not allowed.
