The package uses a neat 20-LCC (J-Lead) interface.External packaging for the Tube series.In the state of 0°C~70°C, licensed to work.Through OTP, it is programmable.This device is fed with a voltage of 4.75V~5.25V which is applied to it.FPGA is mounted in Surface Mount.A maximum of 36kb bytes of data can be stored.Other related parts can be found by searching "XC1736E".The supply voltage is 5V.20 terminations with different functions.5.25V is the maximum voltage that can be used with this memory device.There must be a minimum voltage of 4.75V to supply the device with the power it needs.FPGA is a CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip that we are talking about here.In reflow soldering procedure, the temperature should be controlled to no higher than 225.There are 20 pins on it.A SERIAL-processing method is used to transfer data through this memory.An operating voltage of 0.01mA is allowed for the memory chip.Parts come with 20 pins set.Speaking of speed, this is a memory IC that can work at a 10MHz frequency.The memory's I/O is configured to be COMMON in terms of its configuration.Memory is recommended that a 5V power supply be used.Thus, USED FOR STORING THE CONFIGURATION BITSTREAMS OF XILINX FPGAS is included to better serve customers.
