20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) is used in this package.Packaging for the external environment.A qualified individual to operate within -40°C~85°C is required.With the help of OTP, it can be programmed.FPGA is fed wFPGAh a voltage of 3V~3.6V.The memory device is mounted in the Surface Mount position.There is a limit to the size of data storage of 1Mb bytes.Try searching "XC17V01" for more parts.The supply voltage of the device must be 3.3V in order to operate correctly.Different functions are associated with 20 terminations.This memory device can be used with a maximum voltage of 3.6V.If the device needs to be supplied with power, then a minimum voltage of 3V is required.A CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip is shown here.The reflow soldering process should be done at a temperature no higher than 225.A 20 pin is included in it.A SERIAL-processing method is used to transfer data through this memory.In order for a memory chip to operate, it must not be subjected to a voltage greater than 0.015mA.There is a set of 20 pins included with the part.Speaking of speed, this is a memory IC that can work at a 15MHz frequency.As far as memory I/O is concerned, it is configured as COMMON.Prior to the use of the part in a circuit, it is recommended that users apply the 3.3V to the part so that the part will run as safely and reliably as possible.
