Fpga chips is supplied in the 256-BGA package. Fpga chips consists of FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY elements. 176 I/Os are available for transferring data more efficiently. Logic elements/cells form the fundamental building block of a computer. In order for the device to operate, a supply voltage of 2.5V volts needs to be provided. In this case, the FPGA part belongs to the Field Programmable Gate Arrays family. An FPGA module can be attached to a development board with a Surface Mount-pin. With a supply voltage of 2.375V~2.625V, this device operates with ease. This is a type of FPGA that is part of the Spartan?-II series of FPGAs. Operating temperatures should be maintained within the 0°C~85°C TJ range at all times when the unit is in use. During the installation of this device, 176 outputs were incorporated. As a space-saving measure, this FPGA model is contained within Tray. As a whole, it has 256 terminations. This device is equipped with 40960 RAM bits in terms of its RAM si40960e.
