XC9220B095ER-G Overview


It comes in a 6-UFDFN Exposed Pad package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. 1 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. Packaging for the pmic consists of Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosures. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. Voltages 2.8V~16V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~85°C TA rating. There is a switch at 500kHz that can be used with this controller. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. In order to control switching efficiently, the dcdc regulator features Enable, Soft Start. The switch converters are connected to an analog IC with a SWITCHING CONTROLLER output. Thare switching converters has a terminal (s) at DUAL . An array of 6 terminations of dc switching. The control methods that these dc dc converter ics use include PULSE WIDTH MODULATION.
