XC9220B09AMR-G Overview


The switching controller fits in the SC-74A, SOT-753 package and is ideal for most applications. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 1 numbers. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tape & Reel (TR) enclosure. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. 2.8V~16V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~85°C TA rating. There is a switch at 1MHz that can be used with this controller. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. Switching control is made easier with the dcdc regulator's Enable, Soft Start. An analog IC with the SWITCHING CONTROLLER signal is connected to the switch converters. DUAL are the position of the terminal of the switching converters. An array of 5 terminations of dc switching. PULSE WIDTH MODULATION is an example of one of the control techniques these dc dc converter ics adapt. DC switcher's input voltageis set to 5V. Specially, switching converter corresponds to type Switching Regulator or Controllers. Input voltage of dc dc voltage regulator should be 2.8V. As a result, switching converter outputs current to the greatest value possible (3A). XC9220 series dc to dc voltage regulator belong to this series.
