XC9221A09AMR-G Overview


The switching controller fits in the SC-74A, SOT-753 package and is ideal for most applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tape & Reel (TR) rating. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. A 2.8V~16V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Workable in an dc switcher where -40°C~85°C TA is the -40°C~85°C TArm. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 1MHz position. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. The switch converters are connected to an analog IC with a SWITCHING CONTROLLER output. Switching converters are designed with the terminal (s) at position DUAL . A variety of 5 terminations are available in dc switching. Some of the control techniques adapted by these dc dc converter ics include PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. The DC switcher's nominal voltage is 5V.
