XC9301A522MR-G Overview


It comes in a SC-74A, SOT-753 package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. With this function, you can deal with Fixed dc switching's outputs (s). This dc control operates at 2V~10V and has a 2V~10V supply voltage. Qualified to work in a -40°C~85°C dc switcher. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 180kHz. dc dc regulators can be carried out with Surface Mount. Switching control is made easier with the dcdc regulator's Enable. It belongs to the dc to dc voltage regulator series XC9301.
