The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package contains it. Easily transportable packaging in Tape & Reel (TR)-shape. A temperature of -40°C~85°C should be maintained for reliable operation. You should be able to use it as long as you use a 1.62V~3.63VV power source. Among other things, it contains 24 terminations. 3.3V supply voltage allows high efficiency.
