Z8018008FSG Overview


The microprocessor is conveniently packaged in 80-BQFP, making it easy to ship internationally. In order to provide high reliability, advanced packaging method Tray is used. 1 Core 8-Bit cores/Bus width are present in the CPU. Understand the operating temperature around 0°C~70°C TA. Z180 is its series number. The CPU is cored by a processor with a number of 0 cores. A CPU with this architecture uses DRAM RAM controllers. To serve better this microprocessor features ASCI, CSIO, UART interfaces. This CPU runs I/O at 5.0V. The type MICROCONTROLLER belongs to uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs. A total of 80 terminations have been recorded. Using a 5V voltage supply, the microprocessor should turn on and run. In terms of architecture, it is a 8-Bit system. CPUs operate with a frequency of 8MHz Hz. Please refer to the datasheets for 80 pins functions. The bandwidth required to transfer data is 8b. A total of 80 pins are injected into the CPU microprocessor's body. In many applications, this CPU is mounted with a Surface Mount bus. The micro processor can function from 5V.
