The microprocessor is conveniently packaged in 64-DIP (0.750, 19.05mm), making it easy to ship internationally. High reliability is provided by the advanced packaging method Tube. 1 Core 8-Bit cores/Bus width are present in the CPU. Recognize operating temperatures around -40°C~100°C TA. This is a member of the Z180 series. Core-wise, this CPU has a Z80180 processor. There are DRAM RAM controllers used by this CPU. This microprocessor has ASCI, CSIO, UART interfaces to serve you better. At 5.0V, the CPU runs its I/O. The type MICROCONTROLLER belongs to uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs. A total of 64 terminations have been recorded. In the case of a 5V voltage supply, the embedded microprocessor should be turned on and run. There are 8 bits in its architecture.
