Packed in 68-LCC (J-Lead), the microprocessor is convenient for shipping overseas. High reliability is provided by the advanced packaging method Tube. The CPU has 1 Core 8-Bit cores/Bus width. Be aware of the operating temperature around 0°C~70°C TA. In the series Z180, it is found. Z80180 processors are embedded in this CPU. There are DRAM RAM controllers used by this CPU. To serve better this microprocessor features ASCI, CSIO, UART interfaces. The CPU runs at 5.0V when it comes to I/O. It is a MICROCONTROLLER in terms of uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs. In total, 68 terminations have been made. Using a 5V voltage supply, you should be able to operate the cpu microprocessor. A 8-Bit architecture is used. A CPU operates at a frequency of 10MHz.
