2305MI-1LFT Overview


Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel. The SOIC package includes this clock generator. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. As you can see, it consists of 8 terminations. To operate this time clock generator, 3.3V voltage should be applied. Clock is designed as this clock generator's input. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. An up to 133MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. Clock PLL is equipped with 8 pin count. It is possible to connect to the PLL via 8 pins. Despite its low operating temperature, this clock generator has -40°C operations. At 85°C, this RF synthesizer remains functional despite reduced performance. The maximum supply voltage that clock generator can handle is 3.3V. At 0.25 ns Max, this analog clock generator exhibits low timing skew. Analog clock generator is configured with 4 pins that enable the high true output. A search for the 2305 family will yield similar electronic parts. A voltage exceeding 3.6V is not acceptable for supply to this frequency generator. Its lowest supply voltage is 3V.
