For greater flexibility, the 36-BSSOP (0.295, 7.50mm Width), 32 Leads package is adopted.Tape & Reel (TR) represents the packaging method.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.In the absence of a 13V~20V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.Gate type IGBT is designed for it.The allowable temperature range that this device can be operated in is -40°C~150°C TJ.The input type for this program is Inverting, Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver is based on 32 terminations.Mosfet driver is mounted using Surface Mount.In the device, there are 36 pins.Mosfet driver is specifically designed to opeate wMosfet driverh a supply voltage of 5V.Ideally, the high-side voltage should not exceed 1200V.The device is capable of delivering a current of 2A.Its maximum power dissipation of 1W shows its power loss capacity without overheating.A gate driver in the EiceDriver? series is included in this document.
