In order to increase flexibility, the package 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) is used.Tape & Reel (TR) represents the package.Gate drivers incorporates wGate driversh 2 drivers for Gate driverss configuration.There is a mounting bracket in the way of Surface Mount.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 4.5V~20V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of N-Channel MOSFET in this design.Temperature range -40°C~150°C TJ is allowed for this device.Non-Inverting is used as the input type.The configuration starts with 8 terminations.As a result, it is configured with 8 pins when it is designed.In addition, it is specifically designed to operate with a supply voltage of 12V.Mosfet driver employs an interface chip called BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED PERIPHERAL DRIVER as Mosfet drivers interface chip.Mosfet driver is possible for the output current to be as low as 5A.A gate driver in the EiceDriver? series is included in this document.
