670M-03ILF Overview


Embedded in the SOIC package is this Clock PLL. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. 16 terminations can be found in frequency generators. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 3.3V is required. This Clock PLL will be fed by Clock as its input. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. It provides a maximum frequency of 210MHz. Clock PLL is equipped with 16 pin count. There are a number of 16 pins that are available on the frequency synthesizers. Electronic frequency generator can operate at low temperatures and can perform -40°C operations at a time. There is still a possibility of the electronic frequency generator working at 85°C with attenuated performance. 2 signal outputs enable clock PLL to magnify output frequency as high as possible. This PLL belongs to the family of 670. There is no way that a voltage higher than 5.5V can be supplied to this clock generator. PLLs have a minimum supply voltage limit of 3V.
