BGA is the package in which FIFO memory chip is contained.A memory of 256kB is available for storing applications and data on this FIFO chip.Surface Mount is recommended as the mounting method.FIFO design has 144 operation pins.FIFO design requires 40mA amps of current to operate.In order to maximize efficiency, the supply voltage should be set to 3.3V .FIFO operates at a minimum temperature of -40°C degrees Celsius to ensure reliabilFIFOy.Keeping the operating temperature at 85°C °C allows the FIFO products to operate continuously.Typically, FIFO would work at 3.15V volts, but it may also work at higher voltages.FIFO memory is capable of handling a maximum supply voltage of 3.45V volts.Despite a frequency of 133.3MHz , it is capable of maintaining good accuracy.It is recommended that the FIFO memory's maximum value be set to 133.3MHz .Using 1 circuits gives FIFO memory chip enhanced flexibility.
