You will find FIFO memory chip in the 28-DIP (0.600, 15.24mm) package.It's packaged in the shape of a Tube .Apps and data can be stored in the 576 64 x 9 memory of the FIFO chip.It is recommended that the temperature be kept at -40°C~85°C to ensure reliable operation.There is Through Hole mounting type for this FIFO memory.To operate, the FIFO products requires a voltage supply of 4.5V~5.5V .It belongs to the 74ACT series of memory logics.There is a maximum operating current of 150mA in memory IC's supply.High efficiency is possible with a supply voltage of 5V .I found that it has 28 terminations in FIFO means.It is also possible to generate 64X9 DUAL PORT RAM with the use of this FIFO memory.As a result, Vsup is set at 5.5V (FIFO memory IC's maximum voltage supply).Keep the supply voltage (Vsup) above 4.5V for normal operation.
