This logic works according to the NAND Gate principle. Voltage 0.8V~3.6V ensures the part's full functionality. Increasing operating temperature to around -40°C~125°C. The part is mounted in Surface Mount. Neither the high 4mA 4mA low state of output current is 4mA 4mA. This is part of the 74AUP series. There are 5 terminations totally.
