Logical driver uses a neat TSSOP package. All of the 2 elements are put into use. 48 terminations with different functions. Buffer IC reuqires a supply voltage of 5V. This buffer driver is part of the FCT family of parts. 48 pins are set with the electric part. Buffer IC is suitable for Surface Mount applications. Logical driver has 48 pins. Enhanced with 2 ports. The bus transceiver employs 8 bits for each element. Specifically, digital transciever is a kind of Bus Driver/Transceivers. The digital buffer starts up under COMMON CONTROL control technology. In quiescent state, the electronic part uses 500μA. It is recommended to use a 5V power supply. It is generally sold in TAPE AND REEL package. Logical driver features WITH DIRECTION CONTROL to better serve the need. Voltage buffer is capable of operating under temperature as low as -40°C. Digital buffer should operate with ambient temperature no higher than 85°C. Buffer driver outputs 32mA to its low level. In high level output mode, the electronic parts may conduct 64mA of current. Voltage used to run voltage buffer should be 4.5V at least. It is known as a BUS TRANSCEIVER logic IC.
