It is a member of the FCTfamily of D flip flop. There is an electronic part that is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. With its 56pins, it is designed to work with most electronic flip flops. This device has the clock edge trigger type of Positive Edge. There is a base part number FF/Latchesfor the RS flip flops. There are 18bits in this flip flop. This D flip flop is well suited for TAPE AND REEL based on its reliable performance. It runs on 5Vvolts of power. The D flip flop is embedded with 2ports. A high level of efficiency can be achieved by maintaining the supply voltage at 5V. There is a consumption of 500μAof quiescent current from it.
