74LVC06AT14-13 Overview


The part is convenient to ship overseas because it is packed in a TSSOP. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Cut Tape (CT) is used. 14 terminations have been made so far. There are 6 functions that significantly improve the user experience. The chip is part of the LVC/LCX/Z family. An injection of 14 pins is performed into the body of the part. It is widely used in a variety of applications due to its Surface Mount mounting. For details about the functions of 14 pins, please refer to the datasheets. It has 40μA current flowing through it when it is quiescent. There is Gates logic device like this in the world. 50pF is the load capacitance of the part. It includes the industry TAPE AND REEL method. This part requires 3.3V power supplies, according to its datasheet. The total number of elements used for operation is 6. In environments above 125°C, the device should not operate. Test statistics indicate that the minimum operating temperature of the part would be -40°C. In normalsituations, users should not supply voltages higher than 5.5V to the device. A low voltage of 1.65V should be applied to the part.
