74VHC02BQ-Q100X Overview


Due to its 14-VFQFN Exposed Pad packaging, the part is convenient for international shipping. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. According to NOR Gate logic, the algorithm works. The part must have a voltage of 2V~5.5V in order to function properly. Increasing operating temperature to around -40°C~125°C. In Surface Mount, the part is mounted. High and low output current states are both 8mA 8mA. Automotive, AEC-Q100, 74VHC is the series it belongs to. 14 terminations have been made so far. 4 functions in the part enhance the user experience significantly. I would like to point out that this chip is part of AHC/VHC/H/U/V. 74VHC02 can be used to search for device variants. Part bodies are injected with 14 pins. It is widely used in a variety of applications due to its Surface Mount mounting. The datasheets for the 14 pins explain the functions. There are 2 inputs on this part.
