This is a relatively small item of digital switch that is included in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) in order to save space on the board.It is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR).In terms of mounting, digital switch ic uses the Surface Mount method .In the multiplexers, the analog IC Decoder/Demultiplexer is used.The operating temperature of -40°C~85°C will not be susceptible to external factors.A supply voltage of 2V~5.5V provides digital controlled switch's superior flexibility for designers.As a member of 74VHC series, the multiplexers can be used for a wide range of applications.As part of its basic configuration, 16 terminations are designed as a part of it.There is a base part number 74VHC139 that can be used to locate signal switch's related components as well.In multiplexer's system, 3.3V is the voltage supplied.As a result, conductors end at GULL WING.This supply type employs Single.This multiplexer ic has 16 pins configured.The multiplexer ic is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.The logic switch is a member of the AHC/VHC family.It is recommended that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) be kept at 2V to avoid some unnecessary failures.It is advisable to keep the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) at 5.5V in order to prevent some unnecessary failures.The turn signal switch contains 4 outputs designed to operate.Decoder/Drivers is a category for the digital switch ics.Without external influences, it consumes 4μA current of multiplexer ic.TR is used to package the switches.On the multiplexers, 2 input lines are provided for accepting voltage levels.
