The part is convenient to ship overseas because it is packed in a 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width). To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. It works based on the AND Gate logic principle. To ensure the part's full function, a voltage of 2V~5.5V is needed. Operational temperature extended around -40°C~125°C. There is a hole in Surface Mount for mounting the part. In both high and low states, output current is 8mA 8mA. The 74VHC series contains it. The total number of terminations is 14. A significant improvement in the user experience can be achieved by the part since it has 2 functions. As part of AHC/VHC/H/U/V, this chip is used. Inputs are limited to 4. It consists of 2 circuits. The device must be supplied with a minimum voltage of 2V. As soon as Vsup reaches 5.5V, the maximal supply voltage (Vsup) is reached. 2μA is the maximum current in standby mode.
