74VHC4066M Overview


Presented in 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), this electrical component is convenient for overseas shipping. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tube is used. Increasing operating temperature to around -40°C~85°C TA. 14 terminations have been made so far. A high-quality output is provided by the electrical component's 1 channels. A 4.5V voltage supply should turn on and run the electronic component. Into the electrical component body are injected 14 pins. A SPST - NO switching circuit is used for these analog switches.
