74VHCT08AFT Overview


Shipping overseas is convenient with the part packed in 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width). In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. It works based on the AND Gate logic principle. A voltage of 4.5V~5.5V is needed to ensure full function of the part. Operation at a temperature around -40°C~85°C.
