This package is packed in Tube. Packet 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad. A Single Phase meter can be used with it as well. This item is available in Surface Mount. The PMIC comes equipped with low-level I/O ports that have a voltage of 0.8V. This device displays a voltage of 2V for high-level I/Os. This is a logic gate solution based on 24 technology.
