There is a higher operating temperature at -40°C~85°C. 3V~3.6V power supply is used to operate it. More similar parts can be found by searching 78M6610. A voltage of 0.5V 0.8V is present on the low-level I/O ports of this PMIC. This device displays a voltage of 0.6V 2V for high-level I/Os. Parts of the part are terminated with 24 wires. Normal volatge needed for the part is 3.3V. Joined 24 pins are present. Logic gate applications are addressed by this 24 solution. It is a 8.1mA device. 3.3V can be used to supply this device.
