Temperature at -40°C~85°C is extended during operation. There is a 3V~3.6V power supply that powers the device. If you are looking for parts similar to this one, search 78M6610. There is a voltage of 0.5V 0.8V on the low-level I/O ports of this PMIC. When using this device for high-level I/Os, the voltage presented by it is 0.6V 2V.
