This package is packed in Tape & Reel (TR). 48-TQFP package. It can also be used as a 3 Phase meter. Currently available in Surface Mount. The operational temperature at -40°C~85°C has been increased. Power is supplied by 2.8V~3.6V power supply, which allows it to operate. You can find more similar parts by searching 90E36. The PMIC comes equipped with low-level I/O ports that have a voltage of 0.4V 0.8V. There is a voltage value of 2.8V 3.6V on this device as it is designed for high-level I/Os. Logic gate applications using a 48 solution. There is no need for tools to install or dismount this device as it has been designed as a Surface Mount device. A 23mA device is what it is called. PMICs should be set to the 23mA supply current as a rule of thumb in order to keep them working normally.
