A TQFP package is supplied for space savings. In terms of electronics, it is a 48-pin device. Based on the Surface Mount technology, the module is mounted to a PCB. In order for the supply voltage to be maintained at 3.465V, it should be set to its maximum value. It is possible to convert analog signals into digital signals using 2 A/D converters. It is recommended to maintain a voltage of 3.135V as the minimum value. From a supply voltage of 3.3V, it can operate. To convert digital signals into analog signals, there are 4 D/A converters. The operating temperature is set with the maximum value of 70°C to keep normal use. Temperatures above 0°C are set as the minimum to prevent malfunctions.
