For space-saving purposes, it is packaged in QFN. The transmission line is terminated with 48 terminations to prevent reflection of signals. This device consists of a row of 48-pins. It is mounted to a PCB based on the Surface Mount technology. Supply voltage should never exceed 5.25V. Analog signals are converted into digital signals by A/D converters. It is recommended that the minimum supply voltage be kept at 3.135V. The device is able to operate at 5V voltages. Keeping the operating temperature at 85°C maintains normal use. To maintain normal use, the operating temperature is set to -40°C. This IC uses the CONSUMER CIRCUIT type as its consumer IC.
