There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 256-LBGA package and X package. This kind of FPGA is composed of FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY. With a supply voltage of 1.14V~1.575V, this device operates with ease. The FPGA belongs to the ProASIC3L series of FPGAs, and it is one type of FPGA.
