There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 144-LBGA package and X package. The FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY-series of FPGAs are composed of this type. A total of 97 I/Os are programmed to ensure a more coherent data transfer. Supply voltage is 1.5V volts. The Field Programmable Gate Arrays family of FPGA parts includes this part. With a Surface Mount connector, this FPGA module can be attached to the development board. In order to operate it, it requires a voltage supply of 1.425V~1.575V . The Automotive, AEC-Q100, ProASIC3 Series is one of the types of FPGAs that belong to this type. During the operation of the system, the operating temperature should remain within the range of -40°C~125°C TA. There are 97 outputs incorporated in this device. Using the Tray layout, this FPGA model can be contained in a very small amount of space. In total, it has 144 terminations on each end.
