For greater flexibility, the 28-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package is adopted.Gate drivers is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR).Configuration is based on 6 drivers.Gate drivers is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 5.5V~50V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.For this device, the temperature range is -40°C~105°C TA.TTL is the input type used in this program.Mosfet driver is based on 28 terminations.A voltage of 12V is required for its operation.A unique technology can also provide SEATED HGT-NOM.An analog IC BRUSHLESS DC MOTOR CONTROLLER is used in this device.
