It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. This harley voltage regulator has 8 terminations. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHING REGULATOR. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. -40°C~150°C TJ should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 250kHz. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is 0.6V.
