A80960JD3V50 Overview


A high level of reliability is provided by using an advanced packaging method Bulk. 50MHz is the frequency of the CPU. You can refer to the datasheets for the functions of 132 pins. It is recommended that the CPU microprocessor is not operated in an environment with a temperature of more than 100°C. In many applications, this CPU is mounted with a Through Hole bus. From 3.3V, the micro processor can be used. There is 3V voltage present in the CPU core. There is 1kB RAM (Random Access Memory) built in. Users should not supply a microprocessor with more voltage than 3.45V under normalcircumstances. 3.15V should be the lowest voltage fed to the CPU microprocessor.
