A8660KESTR-J Overview


There is a Tape & Reel (TR) package for it. In order to save space, it is included in the 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. The mounting is done in accordance with Surface Mount, Wettable Flank. A temperature of -40°C~150°C TJ should be maintained when the device is functioning. This system has exceptional performance, which makes it a perfect choice for Automotive, Consumer, Industrial. There is an analog IC SWITCHING CONTROLLER in this device. There are a total of 20 terminations associated with it. At NOT SPECIFIED, the reflow temperature peaks. Having the supply voltage at 13V makes it possible to achieve high efficiency. Currently there is 2.5mA current being supplied to the system. 3V~45V is provided as input voltage. A nominal input voltage of 13V is chosen to meet the operating requirements. The Automotive, AEC-Q100 series includes this electrical component.
