An embedded ac to dc converter is included in SOT-23-6 package.The AC/DC power converter is available in Tape & Reel (TR) .When the switching frequency reaches 120kHz , the circuit is closed.There are no problem mounting the ac dc converters by Surface Mount .Running 1 outputs is available.A maximum value 85°C ensures that the AC to DC power converter runs steadily.A minimum working temperature of -40°C must be maintained for this isolated switch.It provides maximum design flexibility due to a 1.8A output current.The AC to DC power supply is capable of operating with a minimum supply voltage of 90V volts.It produces a voltage of 12V .
