A 48-LQFP package is supplied for space savings. As a packaging method, Tray is adopted. Its Audio Codec '97 type ensures high-efficiency performance in a range of applications. A mounting type of Surface Mount is used for this device. Operating performance 0°C~70°C permits it to function normally. It features 4 / 2 ADCs / DACs. In the analog circuit, the supply voltage is 4.65V~5.25V. 3.15V~3.45V provides the supply voltage to the digital circuit. Transmission lines have 48 terminations to prevent signals from reflecting. The board has 48 pins configured. It supports a minimum supply voltage of 4.65V. Supply voltages up to 5.25V are supported.
