AD1983JCPZ-REEL Overview


Space-saving reasons have led to it being packaged in a 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. It is adopted to package in the manner of Tape & Reel (TR). Its Audio Codec, HD type ensures high-efficiency performance in a range of applications. The mounting type of this device is Surface Mount. Using 0°C~70°C as the operating performance allows it to operate normally. It is integrated with 2 / 2 ADCs / DACs. The analog circuit is powered by 4.5V~5.5V. A supply voltage of 2.97V~3.63V is applied to the digital circuit. Signals are prevented from reflecting off the transmission line's terminations by using 32 terminations.
