AD1986AJCPZ-RL Overview


A 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package is provided to save space. It is adopted to package in the Tape & Reel (TR) way. In the various applications in which this electronic part is used, it is capable of delivering a high level of efficiency as a type of Audio Codec '97, HD. The mounting type of this device is Surface Mount. Operating performance at 0°C~70°C makes it possible to operate normally. Integrated ADCs / DACs are available in 2 / 6. An analog circuit is supplied with a voltage of 4.5V~5.5V. It is supplied with a voltage of 2.97V~3.63V to power the digital circuit. There are 48 terminations used to prevent signals from reflecting off the end of the transmission line. There are 48 pins configured on this board. Voltages below 4.5V are supported by it. 5.5V is its maximum supply voltage. It is suitable for a variety of applications and is part of the SoundMAX? series.
