AD5750-1ACPZ Overview


In order to protect the op amps, a 32-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP case is used. Op amps are Instrumentation types of amplifier on the chip. A Tray case is used for delivering the op amp. There is a growing number of terminations approaching the number of 32. In total, there are 32 pins on this op amp ic. A type of Peripheral Drivers op amp ic can be identified by the fact that this is a type of Peripheral Drivers device. It has 32 pins that make up the linear amplifier. This electrical part should be mounted using type Surface Mount. The buffer amplifier functions well at -40°C~105°C as far as operating temperature is concerned.
