AD606-02E Overview


An integrated magnetic switch is packaged within the Tube in order to protect it against damage. Safety precautions are taken by packaging the magnetic switches in 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packages. Good performance is achieved by powering the magnetic switches with 4.5mA as the maximum current. When operating, these switches can output a maximum current of 20mA. Magnetic switches should be able to output 20mA of current. These switches can supply a maximum current of 4.5mA. For the magnetic switches, 125°C is the maximum operating temperature. This magnetic switch, however, requires an operating temperature of -40°C.
