AD73422BB-80 Overview


It is supplied in the BGA package for the purpose of space saving. Bulk is the packaging method used. As a type of General Purpose, this electronic part is able to deliver high-efficient performance in various applications. Transmission lines have 119 terminations, which prevent signals from re-emitted. Essentially, it is an electronic device with 119 pins. The board is configured with 119 pins. An integrated circuit is mounted on a PCB based on the technology of Surface Mount. Voltage should not exceed 3.6V. It is classified as a Digital Signal Processors electronic part. The minimum value of supply voltage should be maintained at 3V. A voltage of 3.3V is required to operate the device. From a supply voltage of 3.3V, it can operate. For converting digital signals into analog signals, there are 2 D/A converters. 85°C is set as the maximum operating temperature to keep the system working normally. For normal operation, the operating temperature must be set at -20°C at least. An information storage system with 16 bits is provided. ALSO REQUIRES 3.3V SUPPLY characterizes it.
