For space-saving reasons, it is supplied in a 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. As a packaging method, Tape & Reel (TR) is adopted. The high-efficiency performance of this electronic part can be achieved in various applications due to its type of Audio Codec. As far as mounting types are concerned, it uses Surface Mount. It is able to operate normally when the operating performance is set at -40°C~105°C. It is equipped with a total of 1 / 1 ADCs and DACs. The analog circuit is provided with the supply voltage of 2.5V. In order to avoid reflections off the end of the transmission line, 16 terminations are used. The pins are configured as 16. In addition, it can be supplied with a voltage of 2.375V at a minimum. Voltages above 2.625V are supported.
